    from our Region Technical Manager horticulture programs (rates, analysis and timing)     
Micronutrients   Will be added based on soil analysis and plant material needs throughout the year      
                           
Insect/ Disease Control Tree/Shrub damaging insects and disease control will be provided in seasonal program plan and as needed  
    during bi-monthly IPM visits (proactive approach minimizing insect costly damage and disease control)  
                           
Soil  / Tissue Testing   On an as needed basis a soil sample will be taken and sent for analysis to maximize program approach  
                           
Digital Pictures(proof)   A  photo survey can be provided to demonstrate proof of landscape improvements      
Bi-Monthly IPM Visits   On a bi-monthly basis we will provide and dedicate a day to the entire property for inspection, treatment   
    as needed with consultation

    and turf damaging insects are addressed seasonally with a full coverage application

Herbicides   Will be addressed in a seasonal program plan and as needed on a proactive

    bi-monthly IPM visits (proactive approach minimizing costly insect damage)        
    Fire ant baiting programs are available at an additional cost          
Aeration   An aeration of the turf can be provided to enhance the environment for the roots, rejuvenation of turf,   
    improve fertilizer uptake, enhance thatch breakdown, and  improve heat and drought tolerance    
Soil Testing   Avaiable upon request and sent for analysis to maximize program approach
