Summertime Tips for Kenwood Village Homeowners
Replace your batteries in your irrigation controller. This applies to electronic controllers ONLY! If you need assistance, ask a neighbor or check with a board member for guidance.
Verify that the watering schedule programmed in your controller coincides with the latest irrigation schedule. Manual controllers do not have a battery backup and may need adjustment from time to time. You can check the watering times with Keystone Property Management.
Check the functionality of your irrigation heads. It is extremely important that that they are functioning properly in hot summer weather.
Cut the suckers off the tree trunks of the Live Oak Trees on your property. This will promote growth on the upper portion of the tree.
Make sure that your prepared for the Hurricane Season with all the proper equipment and supplies.
Contact Keystone Property Management with day-to-day issues. DO NOT CONTACT BOARD MEMBERS DIRECTLY!!! Write down the day and time that you reported a problem and if possible write down the name of the person that you spoke with. The KVPOA has requested that Keystone Property Management to keep a log of all incoming calls from KV property owners.
