Ø  Real Estate Signs, Policy & Procedure          

                        The Board of Directors approved and purchased  two types of signs to be used at Kenwood Village. The first is a 18" x 24" sand engraved sign ( matching colors as the entrance sign ) identifying there are properties for sale in Kenwood Village and providing the website for inquiries. The second type sign is the "For Sale" signs placed on the actual property. These signs conform to the Covenant and will present a uniform appearance in the community. The signs are completed and installed.  The following information is provided for those that presently have "For Sale" signs in their yard and those that intend to place their homes for sale in the future.

1. For those that presently have "For Sale" signs in their yard, the Maintenance Committee has removed the old existing signs and place it near the front door and replaced it with a new sign in the same area. There is no charge for the use of this sign, however it must be returned to KVPOA upon sale of the home. If it is not returned a fee of $25 will be assessed to cover replacement costs.

2. For those that will be selling their home in the future these signs can be requested by calling Keystone Property Management and asking for Barbara Murray @ 569-7928.

There will be a $25 returnable deposit for the sign. Again the Maintenance Committee will place the sign in the yard, if requested to do so, when ordering the sign from Keystone.
