1/ Kenwood Village is a gated community that is well represented in our website www.kenwoodvillage.info . The site contains written descriptions and general photos of our community, common areas, recreational facilities and lakes. All of this information is presented in such a manner as to encourage interested parties to seek additional information about available properties that are for sale through professional realtors.

 2/ The Real Estate firms listed in our website are companies that represent property owners that are selling their homes within Kenwood Village .

 3/Property owners that are selling their home privately as “ Sale by Owner” may also be listed. If a property owner wishes to represent themselves as “ Sale by Owner”, we will list one name, address, Telco, and e-mail, nothing more. The seller may or may not live at the address provided. We will not list the property as a sales entity. The seller may list themselves as the agent or list a professional real estate company, but not both.

 4/ Any Real Estate Co. that has been terminated by the owner, or if an owner has a change in representation, the real estate company will be removed from the website upon notification by the property owner or real estate firm.

 5/ It is the sole responsibility of the property owner to notify the webmaster or web administrator of any changes in representation and furnish complete and accurate information for proper listing on our website. The webmaster will input the information and provide a link the real estate representative’s website if requested.

 6/ It is the sole responsibility of the property owner to manage the Real Estate Co. to ensure proper representation.

 7/ Kenwood Village POA, webmaster nor the web administrator accept responsibility for the information provided by others. We are not in the real estate business nor should we be. Real Estate companies have the expertise and programs that manage property sales. It should be clearly understood that for many valid reasons, our website does not and will not list individual properties. Our website is a communication vehicle that will help put interested parties in contact with owner’s representatives.
