The meeting was called to order at 2:00 p.m. by President Tony Urso.

All Directors were present. A quorum was established. Barbara Murray from Keystone Property Management Group was also present.

Tony Urso addressed the website issue being disputed by one homeowner. A motion was made by Tom Hendricks; 2^nd by Buzz Errickson that the Real Estate Section will be redone to include a section for For Sale By Owners that will list name, phone number and other information for owner (i.e. cell phone and e-mail) the other section will be for Realtors which will include Realtors name, Company name and phone number. The motion passed unanimously.

A motion was made by Bob Neel; 2^nd by Buzz Errickson to deny the pool installation at Lot 95 until the pool is within the boundary set back as described in the Association Documents. Motion passed unanimously.

The 2008 Budget was discussed. Barbara Murray will prepare the budget which will be mailed out to all owners prior to the budget meeting scheduled for November 19, 2007 at Immanuel Church.

Bob Neel made a motion to adjourn’ 2^nd by Buzz Errickson. The meeting was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
